One of the best parts of being a Destination Wedding Videographer is that we get to travel and visit some beautiful places in the country. On 2021 we travel to Florida, California, Puerto Rico, Maryland, West Virginia, New York and Pennsylvania and filmed 25 amazing weddings!
Every venue has its charm but here are the 5 venues that really stood out to us.
GRACE RIVER ISLAND RESORT | FLORIDA WEDDING VENUE
If you have seen Kristen and Steven’s Highlight film you know why Grace River Island made our top 5. Grace River Island is a private island on the Caloosahatchee River in Fort Myers accessible via a land bridge. Watch the video to see the amazing drone shots we got that day and see why this was one of our favorite places to film in 2021.
THE LAIRMONT MANOR | WASHINGTON WEDDING VENUE
This was my second time at the Lairmont Manor and I’m still in awe of this venue. The space is great for ceremonies, receptions and elopements. The main ball room and stage, on either the west or the north lawns, in the pavilion or in the fountain garden, the formal dining room, and the billiards room. The choice of flow and style of your event is yours.

VILLA MONTANA BEACH RESORT | PUERTO RICO WEDDING VENUE
This resort is one of those place where it is so easy to walk in, but impossible to walk out! We have been blessed with 3 weddings in Villa Montaña and every single time feels like coming home. If you are visiting Isabela, I recommend you give this place a visit and have a meal at their award winning restaurant: The Eclipse.
TWIN TAILS FARM | MARYLAND WEDDING VENUE
Twin Tails Event Farm was a total surprise to us. The whole space is so versatile and you could enjoy it all! Want to have a first look by the pond? Done. Outdoor but intimate ceremony surrounded by trees? You got it! The cherry on top are the 2 separate pavilions for you to choose where you want to celebrate your reception. Samantha and Justin’s wedding day was a total adventure and we loved it!
HONEYBEE HILLS | WEST VIRGINIA WEDDING VENUE
Honeybee Hills is a beautiful barn in the Hills of Liberty West Virginia. As you can see on Lauren and Jacob’s video, it surrounded by greenery and it’s the perfect place for your outdoor ceremony in the country roads of WV. The barn is super spacious and includes 2 separate suits for you and your future spouse to get ready before tying the knot.
