Fall Elopement on a Washington Beach

Picture a day a beautiful day of fall, the sound of the beach waves, and intimate ceremony in the sand.  That’s how perfect it was for Alex and Carly’s elopement in Golden Gardens.

Golden Gardens Park is only a 30 minute drive from the city of Seattle. It’s one of my favorite spots because it offers amazing views of the Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains.

With the help of wedding planner Seattle Brides, Carly and Alex prioritize their love for each other. Their photographer Marla Manes, and their elopement videographer Reclick Creative, capture as the 2 said their vows to each other with only the Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains as their witness.

We walked down the beach until we found a spot that we had all to ourselves. Alex and Carly picked a spot for the ceremony in front of these beach grass patches in Meadow Point. It was an amazing experience to hear them exchange their in such an intimate beach. It’s one of the things we love so much about filming elopements.

Once they exchange their vows, we sat them for a short interview where they told us the story of how Alex proposed to Carly on a Seattle Dinner Cruise. They had gorgeous drone footage of the moment she said I do, which was a great addition to their Elopement Teaser.

It was everything a Fall Beach elopement should be. They ran around barefoot, climbed on logs and danced celebrating this new chapter on their lives.
